| Description | The goal of the developing project is to introduce a new course - the SM System course whose focus and content face an increasing need of the students at Masaryk University to attend the courses specialized in regeneration and strengthening of the area around the spinal cord. SM System exercise helps to establish and maintain the correct posture, to remove muscular disbalances and to build flabby muscles. |
