Description	The paper deals with cancer prevention in school education, cancer education as a part of health education. Cancer prevention with its systhematic approach, target, subject could be included into the Framework Educational Programme. It should be a part of basic knowledge, awarness, which is needed for correct behavior and attitudes towards the health in adulthood.
