| Description | Teachers represent a professional group that has, besides special psychologists, relatively the biggest psychological qualification. Orientation of psychological education has to respect the content and focus of teacher profession, pursue needs of pedagogical work and teachers ideas of their own. The problem is international and is being discussed in our contemporary conditions as well. This report is based on a lot of the author s own researches and long-time work at faculties of education. |
