Description	Analysis of risc factors of postoperative complications after lung resection with regionally specific lymph nodes dissection for primary and secondary lung malignancy. Number and gravity of postoperative complications depends on biological factors, surgical technique and perioperative care. Their number can be reduced by focusing on their pre-, peri-, post- and surgical sources.
