Description Lactobacillus paracasei ssp.paracasei CCDM211/06 were used for confirmation of the method. Different methods were used for preparation of dead cells (control). The time of incubation of cell suspension with EMA as the time of irradiation of the sample with halogen lamp were tested. PCR was carried out using genus specific primers (Dubernet a spol., 2002).
