Description | The isolation of PCR-ready DNA from dairy products by magnetic hydrophilic poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate-co-glycidyl methacrylate) (P(HEMA-co-GMA)) microspheres in the presence of an aqueous phase system (composed of PEG 600 or PEG 6000 and NaCl)was studied. The results presented show that magnetic microparticles are suitable for the isolation of genomic DNA which can by used for PCR. Proposed method was applied to analysis of real dairy products. |
