| Description | The book consists of chosen contributions of scientific colloquium on educational kinanthropology held within the research plans School and Health for the 21st Century and Active life style in a biosocial context. The mentioned research plans give theory and practice of school physical education new course. An influence of physical education on healthy life style is strengthened, health benefits of regular physical activity are proved and a problem of pupils' motivation to active physical regime is being solved. There is also necessary to base practice on theoretical knowledge which should be in the field of physical education enriched by this work. |
