| Description | The article deals with questions of biomechanical analysis of vault flipflap and double front tuck at men. Using specific instrument we digitized selected records of mens vaults at the 35th World Championship of the mens competitive gymnastics in Ghent, Belgium. We deal with difficulties that can be the cause of unsuccessful attempts of a gymnast in performing a vault, also with looking for the optimum way to train this complicated gymnastic vault. In the conclusion there are theoretical and practical recommendations for further research training practice. |
