| Description | The evaluation of initial examination of a group of 105 patients with psoriasis has confirmed differences between psoriasis of type I and II, high role of stress in the course of the disease, and marked differences in the impact on the quality of life by psoriasis in individual patients. These findings do not correlate with disease severity. The severity of the clinical picture was assessed by PASI (Psoriasis Area and Severity Index) score and impact on the quality of life PDI (Psoriasis Disability Index). |
