Description The paper deals with questions of motor activities and population and concludes that any motor activity develops all spheres of human being and thus contributes to a good quality of life. We propose a new approach towards motor activities via untraditional activities, such as psychomotor games and exercises and juggling. Our goal is to prove juggling (and other psychomotor activities) to be an activity with a positive impact on several functions of men, such as concentration, attention, spatial orientation, social interaction, etc. For the research experiment we have chosen a group of adolescents with syndromes of ADHD, hyperactivity and behaviour and learning disorders. We aim to point out the importance of the above mentioned alternative motor activities that focus on the experience and joy of movement, in contrast to activities emphasising only the physical condition improvement.
