| Description | The main goal of this paper is to answer a question whether the present definition of social policy in the Poland and Hungary and their economies; that is the evaluation of the influence of social policy on extensive factor of economic growth (the volume of working force). The starting point for achieving this goal is the characterization of social policy on the basis of theoretic analysis of redistribution processes (through defining the social situations in which the state participates on redistribution of financial resources). These theoretical findings are further used for an analysis of redistribution flows on specific statistic data of the Poland and Hungary. |
