| Description | Recent researches suggest, that level of total mRNA in the cell give high evidence about level of stress, of which is organism exposed. In this work we suppose, that the isolation of total mRNA from the samples and her follow-up detection, help us to distinguish influence of various exogenous factors on organism. For isolation of mRNA were used paramagnetic particles, which are highly selective a quick instrument for this isolation. |
