Description Transcriptom - set of all mRNA molecule, "transcripts" produced in the cell can inform us about the metabolic and proliferation state of the cell and at the same time it gives us a notice about the cell response to external factors. The increase of the level of total transcriptome signalizes a changed cell state with regard to above mentioned factors. In this respect it shows to be interesting to study the transcriptome level at tumour cells. The present work reports on suggesting and optimizing of mRNA separation from biological material and its detection via paramagnetic beads coupled with electrochemical detection.
