Description Cugini's prehypertension should stimulate ophthalmologists to recommend 7 day/24 hour chronobiologically interpreted ABPM, in order to detect and treat variability disorders of children and adolescent, as well as adults, and vice versa to recommend an ophthalmological examination whenever a blood pressure variability disorder is found.
