Description Metallothionein is distinguished detoxicated protein of human organism. Our suggested method of metallothionein detection is Based on Brdicka reaction. Due to interaction of metallothionein with Co3+ ions in basic electrolyte occur on mercury electrod an catalytic signals of hydrogen exudation from basic electrolyte. The samples were analyzed by means of differential pulse voltammetry - Brdicka reaction. The aim of this study was to optimize metallothionein determination by automatic electrochemic analysator and obtained advance aplly for analysis of patients real samples with changed contant of copper and cisplatinum in blood.
