Description	Physical foundations of material science belongs to the most difficult parts of study at technical universities because of its interdisciplinary and physico - mathematically demanding. No less difficult is the opposite task: how to explain so complicated science for students with small or no physical and mathematical knowledge. Our contribution deals with such a problem.
