Description In the sports medicine we deal with diagnostics of health problems and management of movement regimen (therapeutic exercise or sport training). In course of diagnostic process and exercise management we must evaluate a lot of endogenous and exogenous factors (endogenous: biological, physiological, somatic, psychological, social, athletic training etc.; exogenous: environmental, physic, chemical, etc.). The health state as well as a reaction and/or adaptation to the exercise have various symptoms, and there are under impact of many very uncertain factors without a clear border. Values of the factors are expressed by verbs about, approximately, somewhere, very etc. A synoptic diagram of the impact factors is very useful for the description of a relationship among the factors and creation of a support decision computer system. The fuzzy system can evaluate the uncertain input (independent) and output (dependent) factors by fuzzy sets. The fuzzy border between factor values is in intersection of the sets. The uncertain value of factor is expressed by grade of membership to the set. A process of the input factor evaluation and result of the consultation (output factor - solution of the question) is under expert rules and Zadeh max-min principle. The expert rules represent maximum of eventualities of the relationships among factors. A creation of the system is product of the expert team, and its tuning is long-time process. We present example of fuzzy system on a problem solution of cardiac diagnostics of oncological patients and exercise regulation of diabetic patients.
