Behavioural sensitization to methamphetamine affects expression of cannabinoid CB1 receptors in mouse midbrain.

Description The behavioural part of experiment showed stimulatory influence of methamphetamine (Met) after the acute administration and initiation of sensitization to Met after repeated treatment. Real-time PCR results showed increased CB1 mRNA expression after Met first dose followed by decrease in CB1 mRNA expression after the last dose of repeated treatment.
