| Description | Performance of the profession and life style determine quality of life being projected backwards into these character traits. Quality of life conceived this way is an important factor to understand teaching profession. Relation between quality of life, teaching profession performance and life style was showed as not definite; and teachers are aware of it mainly in the starting and final decade of their profession career or in situations when changes in the profession career occur. Longer routine performance of the teaching profession has a minor effect on teachers quality of life. Teaching (positively or negatively) interferes in teachers quality of life first of all where we can see extreme values in profession performance or in life style. |
