Description | The paper deals with the crucial sphere of primary school pupils lifestyle. With the help of an anonymous research questionnaire, there were asked more than 200 pupils at primary schools and classical grammar schools. One half of the sample attended schools with extensive physical education, the second one did not. The research monitored if appropriately applied physical education can support an appropriate dietetic behaviour and movement regime and minimize an occurrence of addictions. There was shown that children attending schools with extensive physical education have better eating, drinking and movement regime and they are more often non-smokers and non-drinkers. |
