Description	The aim of the work was genus specific identification of bacteria of genus Lactobacillus using genus specific PCR. The other aim was the estimation of relationships of different strains of one species using rep-PCR. A dendrogram showing the relationship of strains was constructed with help of UPGMA analysis and Pearsons correlation coeficients.
