| Description | The standard tools of the financial management are usually presented and used in praktice at the level of the enterprise or at the immediately higher level of economic integration, concern or trust. The paper is devoted to the example of the strategic financial management of the branch, in fact to the insurance branch in Czech Republic. Concerning to the methodology of strategic financial management in general, paper is not focused to the above mentioned standard methods, which are used for standard definition of the strategic position of the enterprise and its business, company and functional strategies. The paper deals with the possibilities of utilization one from strategy games elements, the adapted incidence matrix. |
