Description Papillon-Lefevre syndrome is very rare autosomal recessive condition characterised by severe early onset periodontitis and palmoplantar hyperkaratosis. In our case report we describe a 12-year-old boy, for his treatment we used surgical approach by periodontal tissue engineering with concomitant systemic antibiotic therapy.
