Description | In this work, we compare two phosphopeptide enrichment techniques, which according to current scientific reports seem to be the most effective ones: IMAC (Immobillised Metal Affinity Chromatography) and MOAC (Metal Oxide Affinity Chromatography) on TiO2. TiO2 proved to be more specific compared to used IMAC techniques. |
