Description Two CB1 receptor antagonists rimonabant and AM251 showed just tendency to increase aggressive activities mice, without any other significant behavioural changes in the timid mice, that means no anxiolytic effects. However, our findings confirmed that rimonabant may have a suggested beneficial effect on depression and social stress-related behaviour.
