| Description | The submitted paper aims to briefly summarize basis of stakeholder theory and its development in a way, that it would be feasible to identify relevant differences in possibilities of its application in Czech corporations in contrast to its verified applications abroad, especially in USA. There are defined terms needed for this purpose and consequently indicated possible sources of these differences. This paper should therefore serve as a ground for subsequent research in this field. |
