Description | Haloperidol inhibited the transient outward potassium current IKto with decrease of peak current, acceleration of the time course of apparent inactivation and deceleration of recovery from inactivation and block. The quantitative model predicted interaction of haloperidol with both open and open-inactivated states as the most probable mechanism of IKto-block. |
