| Description | The challenges of integrating work and family life are part of everyday reality not only for the majority of families but for the growing number of firms, too (including the large firm as the welfare state is). Many politics have discussed the family-friendly welfare which supports families in their efforts to balance employment and caregiving responsibilities and encourages gender-egalitarian division labour in employment and at home. Many companies build special projects which are aimed at the weakening of tension between work and family commitments of theirs employees. |
