Description rTMS proved the ability to influence negative schizophrenic symptoms in all three cases, especially in the second and the third case. All three men were long-term treated by antipsychotics of the second generation and the level of negative symptoms was constant. The augmentation of rTMS meant for patients decrease of the significance of negative symptoms. The explanation of this state can be seen in the posibility of rTMS to influence patophysiologic basis of negative symptoms in a different way than it was by antipsychotics.
