Description	The main goal of this paper is to analyze labour migration in the Czech Republic during 1990-2005. The qualitative and quantitative characteristics of migrating workforce are highlighted. The paper deals with foreigners working on the Czech labour market and Czech labour emigrants. Where it is possible, impact of labour migration on Czech economic growth is mentioned.
