Description | There are high natural concentrations of arsenic in shallow aquifers of Huhhot region in Inner Mongolia. They are linked to anareobic environment with high dissolved concentrations of iron and manganese. Sulfate reduction was also observed. Alternatives for water treatment were suggested. |
