Description | The direct connection of chemical and electrochemical cell with mass spectrometer (in method called Differential electrochemical mass spectrometry - DEMS) is provided by direct introduction of MS with a membrane separator. As a new aproach of membrane introduction we tested the Nafion membrane. This membrane intead of early used classical teflon membrane enables the simplifying of acquired mass spectra of all tested model halogenated aromatic compounds as fluorobenzene, chlorobenzene, bromobenzene and chlorophenols what can remarkably simplify evaluation of experimental data. |
