Description | This article offers empirical analysis of formal and informal relations, which were created during the business gaming simulation (MANAHRA) in virtual companies. The text answers the question whether companies successful in this simulation game differ from the unsuccessful ones in terms of network structure. Even if the analysis is done in simulated environment, the implications can be relevant for real companies. |
