Description We can influence coordinating abilities relatively soon, from 6-8 year old and sooner. Favourable period of natural development fall on time before puberty, in which on the contrary chances of expressive improvement are somewhat falling. Basic requirements of training are purposely and repeatedly formation sportsmen into situations, in which they must solve different kinetic problems and manage differently complicated co-ordinating kinetic activities. In principle it is dissemination of kinetic experience on the way of pursuance of the new, more complicated movements. We can obtain this ability faster with teaching of new movements, promptly and successfully with adapt of variable situation. Assumptions are generated to adopt new and difficult kinetic skills.
