| Description | In the context of the universal efforts to equalize the opportunities of men and women in the labour market we are focusing on the actual position of women with children in the labour market. We examine the specific features of the female labour force position in the labour market (especially those with children) via the indicators of employment, unemployment, inactivity and gender differences in pay. We carry out the secondary data analysis with particular interest in the differences between male and female labour force, but also between the women with and without children. Thus we intend to reveal the effect of children on the mothers labour market position in the Czech republic. |
