| Description | First clinical used beta-blocker was synthesized on the year 1964. According to the bond of receptor we can classify the new beta-blocker into three groups - unselective, cardio-selective und with intrinsic sympatomimetic activity. The beta-blockers are indicated especially in the treatment of the patients with cardiovascular disease. |
