| Description | The aim of the paper is to analyse whether legal rules, set up during the economic transition, could stimulate behaviour of economic subjects so that it eould lead to desired results in macroeconomic benchmarks and competitiveness. Initially the paper examines joint-stock companies administration from the market instruments point of view: product market, capital market, and labour market and management remuneration; finally it examines this topic with regard to fulfillment of legal instruments. |
