Description	Multiyear financial management and its use at municipal level is still a topical issuue. Considering the changes that are in progress in the field of public services, tha article maps current situation in the field of Czech towns'financial management. It is aimed at analyzing the reasons for the towns not amploying the instrument of financial management.
