Description Blood pressure in hypertensives keeps on a higher level during the treatment. We found any correlation between circadian and short-time variability in hypertensives. Patients also had a higher value of intima-media thickness of carotid artery. Our resultes show the shift of ratio sympathetic and parasympathetic regulation of blood pressure on the side for sympathetic nervous system.
