Description	The building design takes an integrative approach so that all elements of the building help achieve an optimal energy performance. Seemingly unrelated aspects of design have to be integrated in manner that permits synergetic benefits to be realised. This article reports one of the first passive houses in Czech Republic and reviews innovation disposals for low energy house everywhere.
