| Description | The study was focused on development of behavioural sensitization to antiaggressive effects of methamphetamine and morphine after their repeated administration, and on a possibility of cross-sensitization with repeated administration of cannabinoid CB1 receptor agonist methanandamide in mice. In aggressive animals, repeated administration of methamphetamine but not of morphine produced sensitization to antiaggressive effect. In animals pre-treated with methanandamide the phenomenon of cross-sensitization occurred as increased antiaggressive efficacy of metamphetmaine. The parallel was not confirmed with morphine in this study. |
