| Description | Fourteen patients aged 19 to 38 zears were followed up over 3 years. Genotype/phenotype correlations were made. Severizy of airway and gastrointerstinal disease was assessed. Relationship between the airway colonization and severity of airway disease was explored. The severity of CFRT gene mutation did not determine whether the diagnosis was made early or late, but insufficient pancreatic secretion was found in all pts. with severe mutation. A need for interdisciplinary approach is stressed. |
