Description | Clues to the migration history of Poa pratensis agg. (and to what extent it was influenced by humans) may exist in non-coding plastid sequence. The goal of the dissertation was to provide a detailed survey of the variability of the trnL-F region in P. pratensis agg. In order to establish the context in which this variability occurs, it was important to study trnL-F variability at the generic and family level and DNA sequence variability in general. |
