Description | Therapeutic laser irradiation (830 nm, energy density from 2 to 99 J/cm2 and power output from 72 to 360 mW) of HeLa cells resulted in a partial and temporal depolymerization of microtubules, mikrofilaments and intermediate filaments observed on immunofluorescent preparations and ultrathin sections. The stimulation of HeLa cells proliferation was related to the mode of irradiation, pulsed mode was more effective. Paramecium and Tetrahymena cells responded to laser irradiation by an incerase in their mobility. |
