Description | Using indirect immuno-and enzyme-cytochemical techniques, interfaced with confocal scanning laser microscopy and standard optical microscopy, neuronal pathxays have been demonstrated in whole-mount preparations of the unpaired diporpae and freshly paired juvenile stages of Eudiplozzon nipponicum (Monogenea: Diplozidae). |
