| Description | Seventeen aged swimmer have been on preventive sport medical examination. During ecg stress test to submaximal intensity was discovered frequent cardiac ectopic beats. The diagnosis was determined after complement tests: Postinfectious carditis with ventricular ectopic activity as serious risk electrical instability of heard. We recommend ecg stress test as a imoprtant part of the preventive sport medical examination to minimize risk the sudden cardiac death. |
