Description | The main goal of this thesis is to enlarge the amount of information about physical education of younger school children: especially , about the influence which experimental motoric activities have on the development of pupils coordination skills. Furthermore, the thesis also explores the influence these activities impose on the motoric learning process. Particularly, this thesis deals with the process of learning of skating. According to contemporary theories of motoric learning, it is fair to say that it is individual's personal level of coordination skills that plays the crucial role in the learning process. The survey conducted for this thesis indicates that experimental preparatory movement activities help to improve pupils neuromuscular coordination and accelerate the whole learning process. As a result of these findings, it can be recommended that the experimental motoric preparatory exercises are made into a special motoric program which would be included in physical education of younger school children. These preparatory motoric exercises are aimed to improve coordination skills. This should accelerate and enhance the process of motoric learning and acquiring of various motoric skills. |
