| Description | The paper deals with the prose work of Dominik Pecka, a priest, writer, teacher, theologian and philosopher of the first half of the 20th century. On the basis of the philosophical-theological writings of this prominent personality of Catholic Moravia of the last century, the selected prose works The Mother of God in the Thorn (1923) and Assunta (1930) are subjected to a thematic analysis, which aims to approach the author's specific approaches to Marian motifs and Marian themes. |
