Description | The technical solution relates to a microfluidic chip and analytical assembly for characterization and identification od microbes. It can be used for measurements of effects of antimicrobial drugs on bacteria, cultivation of bacteria in microchambers and measurement of bacterial vitality using various detection methods (e.g. fluorescence, Raman spectroscopy etc.). The assembly can be attached to, for example, Raman spectrometer. |
