Description As a result of the action of gravitational force, any position or movement can be considered balancing. Even the static position of a person has a certain degree of dynamics, where it is necessary to engage individual muscles in a coordinated way so that the person is able to maintain, balance and be in balance. The aim of the workshop - Balance exercise - was an exercise that focuses on balance and voluntary movement, which is guided and consciously controlled. This movement is ensured by a two-way transfer of information between the control center (CNS) and the controlled motion system. Balance means an even distribution of weight – an upright posture, stability and the ability to control your body movements. The skill of balancing requires a strong core, mobility and stability. To truly improve balance, more attention needs to be focused on conscious control of body and mind. A strong core is a prerequisite for proper balancing. If it is weak, the ability to balance also decreases.
